I planned my wedding in California from New York. I wanted to hire local small Asian businesses too. Also I rarely do my makeup or hairstyling ever. And when I told my bridesmaids I’m going to do my own hair and makeup they were horrified.
So crunch time came and I contacted Ashley for a trial (which I super recommend be because it gives you less anxiousness on the wedding day).She was super flexible and competent, told me what to do with my face the day of the wedding, and voila. I got so many complements on my hair and makeup. She really listened to what I wanted and made it look even better. The makeup and hair lasted all day. She gave me a touch up kit but I didn’t even have to use it.
Working with Michelle and Elle Artistry was seamless! Very prompt with responding to e-mails and organizing for the big day. I appreciated the team coming to my house for my trial as well. I felt the team truly wanted me to look and feel my best on my wedding day! The day of everyone was on time and even brought their own set up with chairs which helped alleviate any stress. The environment on the wedding day was both fun and professional. You can tell these ladies are experts in the wedding hair and make up field. I am still in awe of how amazing my make up and hair looked! And stayed ALL night! Truly incredible and top notch! Highly recommend working with these lovely ladies and thank you all again:)
I am so glad I found Sarah to do my hair and makeup for my wedding! I told her what I wanted and she did it perfectly! I felt so beautiful on my wedding day and that was because of her! Elle Artistry was the fastest communicator out of all of our vendors and clearly laid out pricing, which I appreciated. Michelle (owner) was great to talk with throughout the entire process and was even better during my trial and the wedding day. We had Michelle for hair and Celeste for makeup, and it felt like my bridesmaids and I were getting ready with our friends! Our hair and makeup lasted all day and looked just as good at the end of the night as it did in the morning. Michelle even went above and beyond when we had someone in our wedding party decide they wanted to get their makeup done last minute. Instead of saying no since, she made it work for us since we were a little ahead of schedule. 100% hire Elle Artistry!
Arrvada and Aloha were seriously my saving grace. They helped relax me and made sure I had fun while getting ready, and the hair and makeup application was flawless!! They are so good at what they do and are the sweetest dynamic duo!! My make-up lasted the whole day, and they throw in a touch up kit!
