I absolutely love Jordy! She did a great job on my hair. I am SO picky when it comes to how my hair is done, and that was one of my biggest concerns when it came to getting ready for my June 2019 wedding. During our trial, Jordy made me feel so comfortable, listened to all issues I've had in the past, and did a GREAT job that day AND day of! LOVE THEM. All the bridesmaids looked great, as well.
I booked Brittany months ago for my wedding and unfortunately, my date changed by one week to 8/15/20 and Brittany was unavailable. She refused to refund my $200 deposit even though the wedding was 10 months away claiming that she had to turn down business. I was fine with that but when I asked that she apply it to a trial makeup so I could get pictures done, she again refused saying that I committed to a specific date. If you are seeking good customer service and flexibility with your wedding plans I don't suggest you use Elite Makeup.
Everyone that I talked to from lipstick and brides was awesome :) it was so easy to work with them and my bridesmaids and I loved Brenita! She was fun, easy going, efficient & totally go with the flow when we changed our minds on some hairstyles last minute! I would totally recommend Brenita personally and lipstick and brides for anything wedding related. Soo happy!
both the hair artist and makeup artist were super friendly and easy to work with. They both did my hair and makeup better than I had hoped for and i received many compliments. I would most definitely use them again
