I had hair & makeup done for my wedding on 04/16/16 for myself, 5 bridesmaids, my mother, and my husband's mother. Susie did our hair and Cara did our makeup - including airbrush for those who wanted it. The only con was that for 8 people (for makeup - 7 for hair) we only had 1 hair stylist and 1 makeup artist, which meant that hair and makeup started very early - makeup at 8:00 a.m. and hair at 9:00 a.m. to be ready for a 3:00 p.m. first look. It's hard to find someone who will do exactly what you request them, but Melissa went so far and above that! I'm SO glad I booked her and I can't wait for her to glam me up on my wedding day! She's creative, playful and just plain amazing at her craft. When all my friends/family saw the video she made on Instagram, they ALL requested her for day of services! If you don't book Melissa, you aren't booking the best. Hands down.
Before the wedding, Alicia did a trial and kept checking in to make sure I was happy. She was patient and listened to what I wanted. I loved my hair and makeup and so did all of the other girls on my wedding! Alicia went above and beyond! In addition to doing such an amazing job with hair and makeup, she helped my sister get her dress on (stubborn zipper), took gorgeous pictures, and even touched up my Mom's makeup (when she insisted on doing it herself) :) I look forward to seeing Alicia again when she does my best friend's wedding in July!
Linda is the best! She offers exactly what her customer is looking to. I am not a "makeup" person as I kinda resisted adding stuff on my face. However, during the trial session, I was totally convinced by what Linda created for me as surely every bridal wants the best look for the ceremony and photograph effect. The makeup she did for me was stunning and also pretty natural. All my friends were surprised to see how I looked on the wedding day and I could smile with more confidence to the camera.
