From initial outreach, to my bridal look trial, to the final wedding day, Ann is the most professional and thorough in her communication. She builds trust from the start. Her team of hair and makeup artists did an excellent job on my wedding day. I never had a worry! We were actually ahead of schedule the entire day, all of my bridal party loved their looks, and Ann dealt with any change with such grace and poise (me adding on a few wedding guests to the end of the schedule last minute).
