Stephanie and her team arrived at my daughter's motel suite and set up stations so four people were always in the chairs having their hair and/or make up done. I had gone to two trials before I found Genna. I was starting to get discouraged because the first two artists seemed to pile a lot of makeup onto my face even with my request for a light, natural look. I left feeling like they hadn't listened to what I wanted and that I didn't look like myself. A friend recommended Genna to me and after looking her pictures on Instagram, I was impressed. The fact that she also advertised using only cruelty-free makeup was the final selling point for me. Nancy and Ann were awesome! My daughter looked so beautiful for prom. She received so many compliments. Her make up was beautiful thanks to Nancy and her hair was perfect thanks to Ann. We will definitely be back for future events. Nancy and Ann are the best!!!
Out of all my vendors I used, I was most disappointed by the Wedding Beauty Collective. What they advertise on their website vs. what actually happened is very different. Their website state " Together we can pair the proper bride with the appropriate artist given the style, look, and feel that is desired." I don't think I was ever once asked about what my style or desired look was before my wedding or asked me ahead of time what style I wanted. They just randomly assigned me one. I really wanted a braided style for my wedding, but unfortunately the hair stylist they "paired me" with couldn't really do braids, and insisted on twists instead so I wore my... Read more
