As a bride-to-be who basically never wears makeup (maybe eyebrows and mascara once a month), I was nervous to have my makeup done for my wedding. However, my friends who had weddings before mine all espoused having their makeup professionally done as it looked so much better in photos. And so I began my search for a makeup artist who would be able to translate my vague ideas into something beautiful and comfortable. Lucy was super attentive and answered all my questions about wedding hair & makeup. She responded to all my messages and she was super easy to talk to.
On the day of my wedding, Lucy and her assistant were professional and made sure everyone felt comfortable. Lucy did my mom's makeup beautifully. She also made me feel extra special with a hairstyle that I hadn't thought of initially doing! My wedding makeup was everything I wanted it to be: a natural look. I did not want to look like I had layers and layers of makeup on. I normally don't wear too much makeup and Lucy knew exactly how to do my makeup so I would be comfortable and also look amazing walking down the aisle.
I highly recommend her for wedding hair and makeup.
Cynthia and her team were 12/10! She was very easy to work with, always responded quickly, arrived on-time for the big day, and stayed within our scheduled timeline. I absolutely LOVED how i looked and felt so beautiful-- my hair and makeup was exactly what I hoped for and better than imagined! All of my bridesmaids also looked gorgeous and everyone said how it's nerve-wracking getting your hair and makeup done, but they were SO happy did and loved how they looked. I would highly recommend and would hire again for other events!
Rachael and Katy were fantastic for my bridal hair/makeup in plus 4 other girls. In addition to arriving right on time to our location, they were both very friendly/approachable and contributed to our laid back atmosphere while keeping us on schedule.
Rachael did a great job incorporating my hair extensions into my floral headpiece while Katy did a phenomenal job with my airbrushed makeup and smoky fall eyes. Everyone was happy with how their looks turned out!
