Bloom is a boutique salon in the heart of downtown De Pere, WI. We are a team of artists who specialize in bridal services, hair extensions & haircolor. We LOVE being a part of our client’s special days by making them look and feel their absolute best! We offer both in-salon and on-location options and have a talented team so that even the largest of wedding parties can be accommodated for hair and makeup services. We pride ourselves on having excellent communication and frequently check in with our brides throughout the wedding planning process to ensure that we are on the same page every step of the way.
