Booked with Christine/NOLA Bridal Artistry for both hair & make-up for my wedding, and not only is she extremely talented and great at what she does, but she’s also so fun to work with. She really knows how to make people feel comfortable and how to bring out the best in anyone. She also booked a colleague to help with my bridesmaids’ hair. Christine was so easy to book with. We did a zoom consultation about a month out. I gave her my inspiration photos and come wedding day she nailed it. I cried when I saw myself. I never knew I could look just the way I imagined it. Makeup stayed on all night even though I cried the entire ceremony. It was still flawless. Would highly recommend for your wedding! Not only a great beauty artist but a fantastic person who makes you feel beautiful inside and out.

May 6, 2018 at 12:00 amI hired Christine to do my wedding hair. She was very nice and I enjoyed working with her, but my bridal up-do was falling out within 30 minutes of putting on my wedding dress. I went from my hotel suite to the hotel lobby, and my up-do was already going to pieces. I had a veil that fell out multiple times, and my updo was falling down my back before I even walked down the aisle. I called Christine to ask for help, but she was unable to return to fix my hair and did not offer any suggestions. She did not offer a refund for the service that I paid for but did not get. I would not recommend her to another bride.

I had a trial session with the owner, Christine, prior to the wedding and was very pleased with the results. I had some minor input about my preferences for the wedding day hair style, and Christine took my thoughts into account in the final styling – I could not have been happier with how my hair turned out (see photo) and the makeup was perfect! She spent the whole day providing services for my bridesmaids, family, and I, and was an absolute joy to be around. She instantly makes you feel like you have been best friends forever and really listens to what you want in your look. My makeup and hair held up amazingly well despite the constant rain and vigorous dancing. At the end of the night I still felt flawlessly beautiful. I am thoroughly impressed and wish she could make me look stunning every day!

I met with Christine three times prior to the wedding, and she was very flexible not only for appointments, but also for my constant idea changes to my appearance. On the day of she came to my hotel suite to prepare all my ladies, and they all had great things to say about her too! Honestly, she was just one of the girls and made the prep day fun! Christine was very helpful providing lots of suggestions and tips for my big day. She was very easy to work with and has such a positive attitude. I liked the trial hair-do, but changed my mind at the last minute. I was afraid of trying something totally new, but Christine made me feel confident and she immediately picked up my new idea. My hair and make-up looked beautiful and I felt great about my decision!
Also, it was a joy to have Christine in the bridal suite with me on my wedding day. She has a calming effect and sweetness that are a blessing on what was otherwise a hectic day. Thank you, Christine!!!

I was able to book Christine to come to our hotel to do our hair and makeup for my wedding. She then came to pictures with us to touch up my hair and makeup. She was there again before the reception started to touch up hair and makeup as well. Christine was an absolute professional the whole weekend and I got so many compliments on my hair and make up. She made my girls look so natural and they were all happy with their hair and make up as well. Christine did and amazing job making everyone feel confident and look beautiful on our special day!!
