I hired Refined Beauty for my bridal hair and make up as well as hair and makeup for my mom and bridesmaids. Kristin was our hair stylist and April was our make up artist and they both did awesome! I did trials for both hair and makeup, and both were able to make the modifications I requested during the trial, and then perfect them on the wedding day. They were also both on time and stayed on schedule the entire time. Their prices were fair and competitive, especially considering what a good job they did. I would absolutely trust them for special occasion makeup again and recommend them to others!

We used Jenny and Vicky with Refined Beauty for our recent wedding and can’t recommend them enough! Vicky was always prompt to respond to my emails and answered questions thoroughly. They took my feedback from the trial and ran with it. I ended up looking better than I ever thought possible for my wedding day. Our moms and bridesmaids were equally as thrilled. Where to begin… Makeup by Vicky: First off, I really wanted someone who knew how to do makeup for asian skin tones/faces. I’ve had bad experiences with makeup artists that struggled with my skin color and eye shape. Vicky is an absolute pro. Refined Beauty was amazing to work with and I’m so glad I found them! Doing a trial is a must. I did my trial with Kerry and she was able to take my feedback from the trial and she perfected the look I wanted for my wedding day. My makeup literally lasted all day and night! Also, Kerry is amazing if you’re looking for a makeup artist that can do makeup on Asian eyes. My bridesmaids and mom all looked beautiful as well. I can’t recommend Refined Beauty enough!

Vicky was amazing from day 1! When I first reached out, Vicky was quick to respond and answered all my questions. Fast forward to trial day, she was super friendly, easy to talk to, and listened to what I wanted. I’ve never tried a soft glam look so I asked for that at my trial. I had the most incredible experience with Refined Beauty, specifically with Julee for makeup and Taylor for hair. What I loved the most about the make up was everyone looked like themselves, but perfectly enhanced. For hair, Taylor brought each individual’s vision to life. They both worked with each of us to make sure we were happy with our final looks. Plus everyone still looked great and hair was still intact by the end of the night, which was impressive. As a bride-to-be who basically never wears makeup (maybe eyebrows and mascara once a month), I was nervous to have my makeup done for my wedding. Vicky and Kerry were my morning rock stars! I had a minor freak out about a week before the wedding realizing we couldn’t get into our bridal suite with enough time to get hair and makeup done and that was one thing I didn’t want to rush. I first reached out to Refined Beauty INC before the pandemic inquiring for my original December 2020 wedding date. This obviously didn’t happen but we kept in touch. A couple of postponement later, we finally settled on a safe wedding date and I quickly finalized the reservation with Vicky. What started out with only 6-7 ladies needing hair and makeup services, quickly doubled to 12. Since the timeline needed to stay the same, Vicky and her team were able to accommodate and got us out the door ahead of schedule. It was a huge relief not feeling rushed specially early into the day. Vicky and her team were super sweet and a master of their craft. It took two years but all of my girls loved how their hair and makeup turned out.

Vicky and her team were one of my favorite vendors to work with! We met several times before our wedding day, each location different, and without any hassle she made it easy coming to me. The first was for my engagement photoshoot. The second was with my moms to do a trial for them. The third at my bachelorette party for my wedding day trial. I had the best experience with Refined Beauty! From my initial inquiry to the day of my wedding they were super communicative and easy to work with. Vicky, the manager reached out to me quickly after I submitted my request for more information and we scheduled a call that week to talk about what I was looking for and what they provided.
